A day in Natural Fibres Export
Introduction: Natural Fibres Export is a manufacturer and exporter of Home Furnishings products; Cushion cover, Poufs, Rugs, Gift articles, Mattress, Seat cushions, Kilim Furniture, Upholstered Furniture etc. using different pattern and style like Kilim, Suzani, Chindi, Jute, Wool, Jute/wool, Shaggy and many more fabrics.
Life @ Natural Fibres Export:
As enter in Natural Fibres Export, the security guard wishes me
Good morning sir, I reply him back. There is a little temple of god where I
pray for my good day in company. Then I meet my staff members for greeting them
in morning. Natural Fibres Export team are very cooperative and hard working, there
are friendly environment in company.
Company with good environment gives positive strength to
work. After little chit chat with team, I went to first floor for meeting and
checking of work as my daily routine. There was our Furniture manufacturing
department, Natural Fibres Export manufacture Upholstered Furniture based in
Jaipur, Rajasthan (India). Mr. Deepak is supervisor there and Mr. Amir takes
care of quality control of Upholstered Furniture, they greeting me with good
morning.
Upholstered furniture includes Wooden Chair, Sofa, Ottoman
Bench, Wooden Stool, Kilim Furniture, Pouf Bench and many more Furniture Items.
Labor team were working very carefully with enjoying work, I asked to Mr.
Deepak (supervisor) how are you? He replied Work is my worship and I’m doing my
worship, we smile together and he again starts instructing workers. It feels
very good to see their hardworking and dedication toward work.
Then I went to Second Floor for checking the condition of
Showroom, where we put our sample products for buyers visit so they can find
out our Home Furnishing products quality and fine finishing. I spend some time
there and checking and counting products like Pillow cover, Poufs, Knitted
Pouf, Gift Handicrafts, Benches, Footstools etc.
Suddenly there was a call from my Rugs department Production
team from Ground Floor, so took lift and press ground floor button. Mr. Jain
wishes me first with good morning, I replied him back. He is our senior
employee. He told me about his new production of Patchwork Kilim Rug and Cotton
Rug. I gave him some suggestion and told him to check quality, so our Customers
can get quality and fine finishing.
Then
I took stairs for my office, but I moved to Account department. They doing
their work sincerely and sign some check for my vendors. Then Factory Manager
shows me last day transactions.
After that I’m went to Designers room, they creating wonderful
designing and matching color with Products. Designing team told me about their
new product project which they design last day for Kilim Home Furnishing products.
Designing team worked on Kilim Product project, Natural Fibres Export work on
different pattern like Wool jute, suzani, Jute hamp, Shaggy, Wool, Dabu Print,
Cotton etc.
After that I moved to my office cabin, and done some paper
work and check out my Laptop, Lots of E-mail from Buyers, which made me busy
whole day.
In the evening when I was moving for my home, a worker cleaning Rugs, I asked to him why you were still here? He replied “ Sir AAj ka Kaam aaj hi khtam kar lu tab chala jaunga (Sir, I want to finish today’s work on time, then I will go for home). I was happy to see dedication of work and I told him to leave and spare some time with his family, do rest work on tomorrow. He said thanks to me and went to home.
